B.Tech. in Artificial Intelligence is an undergraduate programme with the study of advanced learning which influences machines to simulate the problem-solving and decision-making proficiencies of the human Mind. The Department of Artificial Intelligence was established in 2020 with sanctioned intake of 60 students per year.

AI is transforming industries and improving processes across the globe. As AI technology

continues to advance, its potential applications are likely to expand even further, shaping the future of work, healthcare, transportation, entertainment, and beyond.

AI has the potential to enhance the learning experience, empower students with personalized support and resources, and prepare them for success in an increasingly AI-driven world. By integrating AI into education, institutions can create more engaging, effective, and inclusive learning environments that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students.

The AI department plays a critical role in driving AI innovation, strategy, and implementation within an organization. The department would be staffed with faculty members who are experts in various areas of AI, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, robotics, and data science.

The infrastructure of an AI departmental lab within a college is designed to support experimentation, and hands-on learning in artificial intelligence.

AI seeks to mimic cognitive functions such as learning, reasoning, and problem-solving, enabling machines to exhibit behaviors associated with human intelligence.
